Hello all!!
Hope you are all enjoying the lovely snow we have been having! I am!!
How could you not?? Snow always makes me as happy as a little school girl. It really does fall under the same category as Christmas, Goodwood Festival of speed weekender and the start of the Formula one season.
There's nothing like a good snowball fight with someone. It is a highlight that unfortunately in the UK we have to do without sometimes but when the white stuff graces us with its presence for a week or 2 in the year, I go crazy like I've never seen the stuff before. Take the other week for instance. Me and a friend turned Goole train station car park in to a war zone of snow and cars for me to strategically hide behind! I haven't laughed so much in ages! While we both resembled something that had just climbed out of a freezer after about 40mins, both drenched to the core, it was quite possibly in my opinion, one of my favourite moments ever!
FYI i do not consider using vehicles as hiding places to be cheating as i have since been accused!
This has deterred me from my original point of this entry. I find it so hard picking what to wear in the snow. One wardrobe staple that never lets me down though.... My trusty Hunter wellington boots!

This much loved British super brand which used to be known by farmers and outdoorsy types the countryside over is now a household name of men and women from 9-90. While it is not only my best winter friend but it doesn't desert me in the summer months as i take them with me to my annual trip to Goodwood Festival Of Speed with my Lovely Miss Merrick Tracey who is also partial to a Hunter wellie. We are ready to rock the festival chic to the max. I really do think that i need to add "Original Brit" to my collection but perhaps in the shorter version so i can also show my love for motor sports Brits (especially Jenson Button) come rain or shine! Lets face it, British summers don't promise us fantastic sunshine so I'll definitely be getting my value for money. I think i should start planning my spring/summer outfits to go with my Hunters =)
For any of you who haven't fallen for the wonderfulness of the Hunter then please check out http://www.hunter-boot.com/
Righteo. That is enough of my lovesick rambling ways.
Wrap up warm everyone!!
